Thank you for your interest in presenting a 2027 Full Moon Ritual for our community. This form is for covens, circles, groves, temples, study groups, and other pagan or earth-centered spiritual groups who would like to lead a public, community-centered ritual.

Presenter Guidelines, Ethics & Rules

All presenting groups agree to the following:

* Rituals must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the presentation date for review and coordination. 

* Rituals must be all-ages friendly and welcoming to families, newcomers, and guests. 

* Rituals must be appropriate for public community view and should not include private oath-bound material, closed initiatory practices, sexual content, nudity, intoxication, or anything unsafe for a public setting. 

* Rituals should follow basic pagan ethics, including: Harm none. Respect personal consent and boundaries. Honor free will. Practice spiritual responsibility. Respect all paths, traditions, identities, and backgrounds. Do not appropriate closed practices or cultures. Do not pressure participants into vows, dedications, possession work, trance work, or deity commitments. 
 
* Presenters are responsible for creating a ritual that is safe, inclusive, respectful, and accessible. Any tools, altar items, fire, candles, incense, herbs, or ritual materials must be approved in advance. 

* Presenters agree to arrive early for setup and remain after the ritual for cleanup. 

* CUUPs Circles in the Woods reserves the right to request edits, decline ritual content, or adjust scheduling as needed.
