Kanilehua—UH Hilo’s Art and Literary Magazine!
Kanilehua aspires to showcase the creative fiction, non-fiction, poetry,
visual, and multimedia arts interests of UH Hilo students. Kanilehua
seeks to provide students with models of quality work and promote
creative art and literature. Kanilehua strives to promote the positive
voice of creative arts in the community, believing art is inspiration in
all forms. The publication is printed annually, funded by Student Government mandatory student fee
($28.50 per semester) of all UH Hilo students (both in-person and distance learners).
We are looking for team members who can consider submissions from the student body and help evaluate them for publication. Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability.
