Thank you for choosing Created by Care from the Care Monique Design Studio LLC. Please complete the form below to help our team best serve you.

We have a minimum requirement of $500 for decor at venues outside of The ALL-En Event Space.

Grab & Go options such as centerpieces (starting at $30 each) & backdrops (starting at $300 each) are available. Grab & Go has a minimum of $250.

If you are looking to rent linens, chair covers, curtains, etc and are not in need of decor there is a $150 minimum.

Please note we require a 30 day booking buffer. All events booked less than 30 days out require full payment at time of booking. Bookings 14 days or less from event date have an additional urgent booking fee of $100.
