PVSA Hour Tracking
Please use the below form to submit your YOCA volunteer hours for approval. These hours will be tracked as part of qualification for the President's Volunteer Service Awards. Please see hours needed to qualify below:

For ages 11-15: 50-74 hours (Bronze), 75-99 hours (Silver), 100+ hours (Gold)
For ages 16-25: 100-174 hours (Bronze), 175-248 hours (Silver), 250+ hours (Gold)
For ages 26+: 100-249 hours (Bronze), 250-499 hours (Silver), 500+ hours (Gold)
For all ages: 4,000+ hours (Lifetime Achievement Award)
