The Nutana Curling Club is excited to be hosting the men's and women's 2025 National Under-18 Curling Championships from February 16 - 22, 2025.

The host committee is seeking volunteers to fill a variety of roles during the event.

A $25 volunteer fee will be payable to cover the cost of apparel. Volunteers can access all draws throughout the event for free.

Event Information

Pre-event practice: Saturday, February 15

Round robin and playoffs: Sunday, February 16 to Saturday, February 22

Draw times (tentative): 8:30 am, 12:30 pm, 4:30 pm and 8:30 pm each day except the final Saturday

Time clocks: running the time clock for both teams. Short online training course required and equipment training provided on site

Ice crew assistance: pre-game ice prep and mopping during fifth-end breaks (no previous ice making experience required)

Front door personnel: selling and verifying tickets, managing door traffic. Involves managing cash and using a debit machine (training will be provided)

50/50: selling to crowd along with online 50/50 sales

Fan and player experience: assisting with social events, maintaining facilities, and directing/assisting fans and players as required
