Registration Process (READ CAREFULLY!)
1. Applicant fills out the participant application.
2. Applicant clicks 'Submit'.
3. RYPEN Committee confirms sponsorship with named Rotary Club to secure your spot (there is a fee per participant; however, the committee will help you find sponsorship to cover the cost).
4. RYPEN Committee sends confirmation email indicating the status of your application.
5. If you received a spot, congrats! That same confirmation email will contain the Participant Package.
6. IMPORTANT! In the Participant Package there are Waiver, Health information, and Transportation Forms that require your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) to sign. The forms MUST be submitted back to the RYPEN team via email. If not, you will not be able to attend.
