By participating in the Salmon Classroom Incubation Program, I agree to:
Please read and check all boxes as all terms below are required of program participants
Carefully read classroom incubation update emails
Operate the incubator according to system manual, Pacific Aquaculture License, and for salmonids only
Make equipment available to coordinator for inspection in October/November
Record ATU values daily throughout incubation
Report final ATU value, release site, date and salmonid mortality to Education Coordinator within 2 weeks of fry release
Properly clean, store and maintain all equipment
Ask the Education Coordinator for help if I am unsure of something related to my incubator
