Developing the 6Cs - what it means to be a Shaper
To help us to embed the Shaper Profile, we are developing a set of behaviours which show what it means to be a St. Julian's Shaper. We would love to have input from staff and students on this.
For each of the 6Cs of the Shaper Profile please write as many ways of showing this attribute as possible.
Think about how members of St. Julian's community could show the attribute in different contexts. For example,
- playing sport
- at lunchtime
- in class
- with friends
- when trying new things
- when studying independently
- when communicating with others
We will collate your ideas to help clarify our understanding of the Shaper Profile.
