Friday Night - Dinner Servers & Registration (5-9PM)
Breakdown (Sunday) - collapsing tents, tables, chairs & compiling them
Sunday Breakfast: set up and served
Clean-up (Saturday or Sunday) – collect refuse around the grounds, empty bins
Hospitality - Greet the public, assist veterans as needs arise, answer questions, etc.
Interviewers - Engage in conversation and record veterans as they tell stories about the past
Registration of Veterans – Get their information; give wrist bands for free meal
Registration of Volunteers – Give them a name tag and job descriptions
Set-up (Friday) – Arranging tents, tables, chairs, etc
Servers / Food (Saturday Dinner)
Vendor Set-Up & Support - Help vendors with carrying items to booth, bring them beverages during event
No preference - I will help anywhere.
