The pastor search committee would like to receive your prayerful thoughts on the most important responsibilities for the pastor God is calling to Eastwood Baptist Church. The following items, in alphabetical order, include the many responsibilities of a pastor. All of the responsibilities are important. Please focus on our mission to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, and reflect on the greatest needs of our church and staff, as you prayerfully consider who God is calling as our next pastor. Next, mark each pastoral responsibility according to its relative importance for Eastwood Baptist Church. You will rate the importance of each responsibility from 1 to 5, with 1 being less important and 5 being very important. Please be discriminating in your responses and rate only the most important responsibilities as 5. It will inform the process most if only 3 to 6 responsibilities are rated very important (5).

He should capably demonstrate servant leadership to the church and church staff in order to encourage the church to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. *
