In accordance with the By-Laws of the CCHL, new clubs seeking initial membership to the league must meet the membership criteria and be approved by the CCHL Board of Directors. This initial membership application must be submitted to the CCHL Chairperson no later than June 1 for consideration for the upcoming season. The CCHL is a governed by the PVAHA and USAHockey.
