Your responsibilities will include:

  2. Communication: Handling email correspondence, drafting responses, and managing communication channels to ensure timely and effective interactions with clients, partners, and team members.
  3. Travel Coordination: Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, while prioritizing eco-friendly options and sustainability criteria.
  4. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and organized records of meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks using our internal systems and software.
  5. Task Management: Managing and prioritizing tasks, deadlines, and projects to ensure that deliverables are completed efficiently and on time.
  6. Research: Conduct research on various topics, including travel destinations, industry trends, and sustainability initiatives, to support decision-making and planning.
  7. Support: Providing general administrative support to the executive team, including preparing documents, coordinating logistics for events or meetings, and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.
