Services for 250th Events & Programs
Please submit this form if you provide a service which municipalities or organizations may wish to use in planning events, programs, etc. for their 250th commemorations.
Examples of services may include but are not limited to music or performing arts, lectures, and re-enactments. Specific events that you or an organization are hosting (workshops, etc) should be submitted to the Community Calendar, not via this form.

All submissions must be appropriate for all audiences and will be subject to review prior to posting on the America 250 | CT Commission website. Inclusion on the website does not constitute endorsement by the commission or by CT Humanities. Incomplete form submissions will not be accepted.
