This questionnaire is designed to help you solve the order pending issue after you have paid with USDC or USDT. Please provide the information requested below, we will solve the order problem for you ASAP.

After we review this form, and update your payment status from pending to paid, you will receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder for emails from Bobcat, and/or MugglePay).

Note: Check your spam folder before you proceed. Many customers find a payment confirmation in their spam folder within 1 hour of payment.

If you paid with credit card.
Credit card processing sometimes take a longer time, especially crypto related (due to the credit card risk engine). For example, if your order is 99 USD and you paid 100 USD from your credit card. The credit card company will charge the processing fee.

If you have not received a confirmation from Simplex, the money might be on hold by your bank. Please wait for the confirmation, and let us know if you have the payment receipt from Simplex.

1. invoice id or url - this will show the amount you need to pay (also copy text)
2. credit card payment receipt - this will show the exact amount and time you have paid (also copy text).
