RAMS Dismissal Change Form
We will no longer be accepting notes from home for dismissals. Please complete all the information to request a dismissal change for you child.  Any dismissal changes must be in place before 2:15pm, and by 10:15 on Early Release Days.  This form should be completed whether your student is Hybrid or Remote, as it is necessary to track for attendance purposes.  We thank you for your time in completing this.
