White Grizzly/KBG Guide/ Instructor Application
This form is for applicants who are interested in applying for guiding and avalanche educator positions at White Grizzly Cat Skiing and Kootenay Backcountry Guides. 
We are looking for the following positions. 
  • ACMG Ski Guides: Interested in Cat Skiing, Ski Touring, Avalanche Educator Positions. We are interested in applicants with a desire for any of the three positions or all the positions. 
  • CSGA Level 3 Guides: Interested in Cat Skiing, and/or Avalanche Educator Positions. 
  • ACMG Aspirant Guides: Interesting in Ski Touring work and or Avalanche Educator Positions in the Nelson area and for lodge trips. 
  • Avalanche Educators: Interested in teaching AST1, AST2, and MAT courses in the Nelson area. 
  • Tail Guides interested in work Cat Skiing. 
*Note that we do not hire ASG or CSGA Level 2 guides who are only interested in Cat Skiing. We are a one cat operation and need to have a fully certified guide on mountain.
