WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ATTENDEES:

For you to get the best possible results from these workshops, there are certain requirements that all attendees must agree and adhere to. Think of this as a live classroom setting, and what would be expected:

• You must have your web camera on during class. Not on your cell phone.
• You must be at a work station or desk where you can focus, listen, take notes, and participate. Not driving! This isn't carpool karaoke. ;) 
  
• You must be on time. The duration of each workshop is 1.5 to 2 hours. Out of respect for all attendees, we will start classes on time. 
• You must be present mentally, which means do not take calls or respond to emails and text messages during the sessions. 
• You must attend all 10 workshops to obtain your completion certificate. 
  
• You must attend the sessions you registered for and are assigned to, no switching or alternating will be allowed as it's disruptive to the group. 
• Due to these workshops being offered on Zoom and to a National audience, we’re unable offer make up classes at this time, nor do we share any recordings of the classes.  If you miss a class you would will not receive a completion certificate, so please ensure you can attend all 10 classes when you register, otherwise please register for a different session where you know you can attend all of the classes. 
• You may not share your workshop link with other agents. Each agent must register separately.
