Your employee or business partner has applied to the Urban Core Collective’s Transformational Leaders Program (TLP), an eight-month leadership development experience designed to support leaders of color in Grand Rapids.

The program runs from September 2025 to May 2026, with monthly in-person sessions held on Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Participants should expect to dedicate about 12 hours per month, including session time and independent assignments.

As part of the application process, we ask you to confirm that you support the applicant’s participation and their ability to commit the necessary time. Your response is required for the candidate to be considered.

This form must be completed in one session. It cannot be saved and returned to later.
Deadline: Friday, August 15, 2025, by 5:00 PM Applications without a completed support form will not be considered.
