Additionally we ask that you would help promote our farm on your social media. Note that if pictures include any person(s) from photo session that you are submitting to us for use, it is YOUR responsibility to seek their consent for release.
REQUESTS FOR PHOTO SESSIONS NEED A MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS NOTICE. ANY LESS NOTIFICATION AND YOUR REQUEST WILL BE DENIED.
All photographers and families enter our farm at their own risk.
All props are responsibility of photographer or family.
All R A Farms buildings and equipment are off limits.
Dogs are allowed on the farm but all waste is responsibility of the dog owner. Dispose of properly off site.
No on-site disposal.
No public restrooms are not open during the off-season.
No cutting trees.
All photographers and families will leave the farm in the same state in which they arrived.
Note: You only need to fill out this form for the days you would like to use the farm for your photoshoots, even if you are photographing more than one family on the SAME day. Start time refers to the earliest time you would like to arrive for the photoshoot(s) on requested day(s).

Once we close for the season, photography sessions will not be permitted until the next season.
Once your dates have been approved, you will receive a calendar invite. This calendar invite serves as your approval and confirmation that you are permitted to use our farm at the scheduled date/time.
By completing and submitting this form you agree to all guidelines. You agree that R A Farms will not be held accountable for any damaged or lost personal items (including but not limited to vehicles, camera equipment, personal effects, or props), or any injury incurred during photo session.

If you need to change or cancel your date/time slot, please let us know 48 hours in advance.
We ask that you remind all of your clients that buildings, equipment, and fences are OFF LIMITS. Additionally, all trees on the property are NOT to be tampered with. Any area that has been taped off or roped off is also OFF LIMITS.
We would like to continue the relationship we have with you and maintain the aesthetics and integrity of our farm (equipment, buildings, or trees) when we allow photography sessions. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this. We look forward to seeing and your fantastic pictures!
