SETAC Desert Southwest Student Travel Award Application
If you are the first author on an abstract to give a presentation at the SETAC Southern California Regional Meeting April 17th and 18th in Lake Arrowhead Lodge, California, please complete this form to apply for a $300 student travel award.

Eligibility: You must have an active SETAC student membership, and be enrolled or plan to enroll in an academic degree program in the Desert Southwest Region which includes New Mexico, Arizona, most of Nevada and part of Texas.

Students who are awarded funding will be expected to pay for their expenses, and will receive their award at from the Desert Southwest Chapter after the SETAC regional meeting.  If you need the funds in advance of the meeting, please check the appropriate box and provide a brief explanation of the need.  Approval of the request for an advance of travel funds will be on a case-by-case basis.

Application Deadline: April 5th, 2023.  Applicants will be notified of an award by April 10, 2023.
