Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! Please use this form to select clubs for your child.

ENROLLMENT & FEE POLICY:

Cost: $50 annual fee per club. Certain athletics programs, STEM clubs, and other curricular or co-curricular activities may involve additional fees.
Payment Deadline: Due by August 21, 2026.
First Paid, First Enrolled: Selecting a club on this form does not guarantee a spot. Enrollment is finalized only when the fee is paid or a waiver is filed at the front desk.
Do not pay for team clubs at the beginning of the school year. After you leave your information by using this form, coaches will contact you with tryout information. Once your child makes the team, then you can make a Revtrak payment for that team.

CLUB GUIDELINES:

Limit: Students may join a maximum of 3 clubs, but only one per day.
Removal Policy: Students may be removed without a refund for discipline issues or if picked up late more than three times.
