ATS APPLICATION
The mission of ATS is to create an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit to equip you to an abandoned life for Jesus and help you discover your God-given purpose. This school is an experience built around knowing the person of God and his purposes for your life. Service to the local church, biblical instruction, accountability through community, passionate worship, and spiritual disciplines are all key elements to the school. Our night school runs from August to June and meets on Sunday nights.

Confidential Personal Questionnaire
We recognize that a person's past is a very tender subject due to the painful experiences that many have had. However, on the following questionnaires we need you to be extremely honest in your answers in order for us to assess how we can most effectively help you. A past problem in an area does not necessarily exclude you from the school. The information that you share with us will be treated confidentially and will be seen only by those directly involved in your application decision. As stated previously, only staff of the same gender will read this portion of your application.

Personal Wholeness
We believe it is God's will for every believer to abstain from sexual immorality (1 Thess. 4:3) and that there should not even be a "hint" of sexual immorality among us (Eph. 5:3). We believe that confession to God (1 John 1:9), to one another (James 5:16), and repentance (Pro. 28:13) are important elements to walking out the freedom purchased for us on the cross and they are a significant part of our discipleship groups (D-Groups) and even some class exercises. In order to help us provide the best ATS experience for you, please answer the following questions honestly. Your answers are confidential.
What do you believe the scripture means when it says there should be no hint of sexual immorality among you (Eph. 5:3)? *
Your answer
Is there anything we need to know about past or present struggles to best serve you? *
Your answer
Are you open to discussing your personal struggles with your ATS discipleship group? *
Are you open to being held accountable by your ATS disciple group? *
Please select 3 areas in which you would like to see greater freedom: *
