Harmony Grove UMC Easter Egg Hunt Craft Fair Vendor Registration - Sat Apr 11, 2020 - 9 am to 1 pm
Craft Show to benefit the ministries of Harmony Grove United Methodist Church.  Non-refundable registration cost $10 before March 20, 2020.  After Mar 20, 2020, registration cost $20.

Recommended donation of 10% of gross sales (above $200) to HGUMC Ministries.  Registration Fee and donations to be made to Harmony Grove UMC via Check or Paypal.

Mail checks to Harmony Grove UMC, 50 Harmony Grove Road, Lilburn, GA 30047.  When paying via PayPal or Check designate "2020 Easter Craft Show - Vendor Registration".  Donations to be made with designation:  "Harmony Grove Craft Show - Vendor Donation".

First 8 vendor registrants will be provided with a round table if requested in the registration.  If bringing your own table, identify via the form.

Craft show will be held in fellowship hall (Pollard Hall) and outdoors in front parking lot (if weather permitting.)

Date/Time:  Apr 11, 2020 from 9 am to 1 pm
Setup:  Arrive between 8:00 am and 8:30 am for setup.
Location:  Harmony Grove UMC (Pollard Hall), 50 Harmony Grove Road, Lilburn, GA 30047
