Time on our waitlist varies greatly, depending on availability, location, insurance provider, and compatibility.

We recently re-opened our in-person waitlist, however it is significant and unpredictable, so we cannot offer any estimates for how long that wait might be.

After you submit this form, we will reach out to confirm contact and your insurance/payment preferences. Our referral coordinator draws from the top of the waitlist and will connect you with a compatible clinician that shares your availability and interests. That clinician will contact you directly via email with paperwork to complete, some more general information, and to schedule your first appointment.
