For more than a century, the Robert H. Smith School of
Business has been at the forefront of cultivating the region's foremost
entrepreneurial leaders and innovators. In recognition of the significant
achievements and impact of these distinguished individuals, we are proud to
announce the establishment of the Robert H. Smith Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.
This initiative is designed to honor outstanding alumni and dedicated
supporters who have demonstrated exceptional excellence through inspired
business education and entrepreneurial success. Our Entrepreneur Hall of Fame
committee, consisting of faculty, alumni, and Smith leadership, warmly invites
your nominations for our inaugural cohort.
The names of these individuals will become part of the new Entrepreneur Hall of Fame, to be situated on the ground floor of Wing 1 in the Robert H. Smith School of Business in College Park, Maryland.
To be eligible for the 2023-2024 award, nominees must be received by March 29, 2025. To nominate an individual, please use the form below and email rhsmith-dingman@umd.edu with any questions. A committee member will reach out to you regarding your nomination within one week. You will be asked to provide your information at the end of the form.
