If a CONTAINER service request is made, please provide the container number.  This number is located on the square, copper-colored sticker on the upper right corner of the container, underneath the barcode.  If the container is missing a serialized decal, please let us know.
DIRECTIONS & NOTES
**DIRECTIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR NEW CONTAINER DELIVERY** Container placement specifics (dock door #, lot #, 'see Joe once you arrive on site', etc.) and for *NEW* jobsite setup: address, directions, dimensions of oversize units, permit needed, etc.
