Effective Altruism and Judaism Intro Fellowship Application
This is an application for the Effective Altruism and Judaism Intro Fellowship taking place from the week of October 9th until the last week of November, run by Effective Altruism for Jews (eaforjews.org). The deadline to apply is Thursday, September 29th.

Requirements:

- Willingness to spend ~2 hours each week engaging with pre-reading
- Commitment to attending all eight weekly sessions of ~60minutes (unless unforeseen circumstances arise)
- Interest in exploring the intersection of Jewish tradition and effective altruism
- Excitement about making a positive impact in the world

The fellowship is open to people of all stages of education and work including high school, undergrad, postgrad, and early-late career, as well as people from any and all Jewish backgrounds. No affiliation with a particular institution or Jewish denomination is required, nor is any prior engagement with effective altruism. We are committed to building a diverse cohort of fellows, and so we encourage applications regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other identity.
