I understand Wild Ones is a non-profit organization, and all of our activities are organized and conducted entirely by unpaid volunteers. I assume responsibility for my participation and the participation of any individuals in my care for in any Wild Ones event. I understand and assume the risk of accidental injury to myself or those in my care by voluntarily attending or participating in this outdoor event in natural and built environments, where weather, pollen, topography, and wildlife can be unpredictable. 
1. I agree to come prepared with weather-appropriate clothing, and umbrellas if needed, and towels or blankets for myself or those in my care, and to pack my picnic for Wildlings Romps. 
2. I agree to practice Leave No Trace principles during all Wild Ones activities. 
3. I will remain within eyesight and earshot of those in my care for the full duration of the meeting or event. 
4. I will not photograph, take video, or publish any image or information of other individuals during this event without explicit permission to do so. Wild Ones will always have photo/video releases during meetings and events for informed consent and permission to capture and use videos or pictures of attendees for social media or other publications.
