GET YOUR MESSAGE ON STAGEDWC Advocacy partners have the opportunity to directly address the Festival crowd from one of the five DWC performance stages. This is a great opportunity to tell attendees all about the important work your organization does and offer ways they can become more involved.
GET A TABLE ON “ADVOCACY WAY”Join other non-profits by securing a table along “Advocacy Way,” where you can share information with Festival attendees all afternoon (12-6pm), have face-to-face interactions with new audiences, recruit volunteers, collect donations and even sell retail.
GET LOADS OF PUBLIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IN VARIOUS MEDIAAdvocacy Partners will appear on all printed promotional materials and have links to their organizations listed on the DWC and José Mateo Ballet Theatre websites. Your organization will also be listed in the Festival event program distributed among the thousands of attendees throughout the day.
BE INCLUDED IN DWC’S PASSPORT TO CHANGEThe “Passport to Change” program encourages Festival attendees to visit tables along “Advocacy Way,” where they collect stamps of partnering organizations to win a prize. Advocacy partners will have their name and mission included in the “Passport to Change.”
DISTRIBUTE YOUR ORGANIZATION’S MATERIALSIn addition to making your informational materials available at your table on Festival day, Advocacy Partners can post flyers, bulletins and other materials on our DWC Headquarters Bulletin Board located at José Mateo Ballet Theatre in Harvard Square.
INCREASE VISIBILITY WITH ORGANIZATION’S NAME ON FESTIVAL BANNERSAdvocacy Partners will be included on three large banners on display at the Festival, making your organization’s commitment to building stronger communities visible to everyone!
