Application for Wholesale Pricing
This is an application to received discounted or wholesale pricing at our landscape supply store at 6469 Nicholas Drive and to use our displays at 2721 West Dublin Granville Road.  Please fill this form out and we will get back with you to confirm that you are in our system and qualify for wholesale pricing.  Please understand that not all applicants will receive discounted pricing.  Also, all sales are "cash & carry", we do not extend credit or have house credit accounts.  We look forward to serving you this year and in the future, thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

Would you like to use our product displays located at 2721 West Dublin Granville Road?  This year we will have all visitors looking at our displays to register first at the cabin with our staff.  The customers/visitors will be asked if they are working with an installation company that purchases material from us.  The installation company must be registered and purchase material from Mr. Mulch Landscape Supply to use our product displays.
