Register for Zoom Link to Pacific Northwest Meditation - Saturday Sangha

MEETING TIME: Saturdays 4:30PM - 6:30 PM PT

Welcome to Pacific Northwest Meditation, where we believe that meditation in a group setting enhances the human experience, instills empathy, and helps us see the world in new ways. We respect all races, ethnicities, cultures, physical/cognitive abilities, ages, genders and identities. PNWM endeavors to be an anti-racist and accessible community that removes barriers to engagement.

Our teachers strive to embody the Buddhist ideals of compassion, peace, and wisdom to bring spiritual seekers together in a community that encourages empathy, collaboration, innovation, and respect for each individual’s spiritual path.

PNWM creates community by welcoming all who seek to improve their lives through meditation, service, and study of the Buddhist path of peace, compassion, and service. We work with our local community to identify, understand, and address ways to make our center more equitable and accessible.

We practice empathy by listening, challenging our personal beliefs, and staying open to all perspectives.

We aim to innovate and take risks to foster Buddhist practices as a pathway toward strengthening human connection and a sense of belonging.  We collaborate by prioritizing inclusive practices, knowing that diverse voices and ideas are the foundation of any engaged and thriving community.

PNWM respects and recognizes the complexities of all lived experiences, identities and cultural backgrounds. We honor such indigenous peoples as the Confederate Tribes of the Grand Ronde, and 30+ others, the original caretakers of the unceded land on which we now occupy.

We welcome you. We are so happy you are joining us virtually!
