Please fill out this form to request one of the KCD Envirothon Study Bins. Only one bin can be borrowed at a time by a team for 2 weeks at a time.

To reserve more than one borrow bin for future dates you will need to fill a separate request form.

A KCD staff member will confirm your request and follow up with a Rental Agreement form. The
Rental Agreement form must be signed by a Team Advisor or someone 18 years of age or older.
