Moving Matters - Autumn Term Competitions Booking Form
Please use this form to book your place at whichever competition you would like to enter. Once you submit this form, Moving Matters staff will add you to the register for the appropriate competition and the rules and final details will be circulated 1 week prior to the day of the competition. 

We will no longer use the 'Book Now' page located at the top right of the home page on the MM website, please use this form only. Please ensure all details are entered correctly.

CANCELLATIONS: We require 1 WEEK notice for any cancellations. In the case where we receive less than 1 week, the school will still be invoiced at the full cost (not discounted) and payment required. Our cancellation policy now applies to ALL schools.
