TERMS OF TEMPORARY VOLUNTEERING

To the "Volunteer" or "Staff Member" who desires to volunteer in the services ("the Activities") provided by K-FAM Media LLC ("the Company") hereby, without distress or questions and voluntarily executes this release form under the terms below:

The Volunteer ______(1)_______ unconditionally releases and discharges any liabilities and claims taken by legal actions or any incidental scenario caused by either the Volunteer or the Company during the Activities performed on this __(2)___ day of _____(3)________, ___(4)___. The Volunteer understands and agrees that he/she is in the eligible age of eighteen years or older (or nineteen years in Korean age) and is considered an Adult legal age, which no family members will be involved in the Company's activities, and assumes everything filled in the application true and correct. The volunteer who is under 18 must have permission from a guardian before we consider recruitment.

The Staff Member also agrees when making derivative work for the Company is releasing rights to the Company, including advertising official logos and for commercial use, in exchange for publicity and crediting for the work created, allowing you to watermark your art and claiming credit and the ability to keep your credit for your own collections. If requesting for commercial use, must contact the Company for approval.

TEMPORARY VOLUNTEERS ONLY: VOLUNTEER HONOR'S CODE OF CONDUCT
With the addition of all terms above and below, you agree that you are at least thirteen years of age or older (or the correct age depending on what project you chosen to participate) and has been granted permission from your parents or guardians to participate or help out in any fan support projects or activities whenever you wish to join the projects and release all liabilities from K-FAM or any subsidiary, including legal actions. You agree under perjury that any false/fabricated statements, including suspicion of deception (including cheating on exams or lying under oath) made on any of these applications can and will result in immediate relieve from your participation. You will not be removed from the group unless rules are violated further. You are not allowed to execute any operations you were not assigned to.

Your assistance with K-FAM Media LLC. is a voluntary one and is subject to termination by you or K-FAM Media LLC. at will, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time. Nothing in these policies shall be interpreted to be in conflict with or to eliminate or modify in any way the employment-at-will status of K-FAM Media employees.You may quit or resign at anytime without reason and you may be terminated without any reason if deemed necessary.

This policy of employment-at-will may not be modified by any officer or employee and shall not be modified in any publication or document. The only exception to this policy is a written employment agreement approved at the discretion of the President or the Board of Directors, whichever is applicable.

Upon completion of chosen positions in good standing, special benefits will be rewarded.


COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL POLICY
NO ONE WHO IS VOLUNTEERING OR A STAFF MEMBER IS ALLOWED TO RELEASE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY, IT'S SUBSIDIARIES OF ANY THING THAT IS RELEASED HERE AT ANY TIME. IF YOU ARE FOUND RELEASING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION REGARDING K-FAM MEDIA OR ITS PROJECT SUBSIDIARIES SUCH AS FINANCES, PAST ALTERCATIONS, ETC, WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION. ANY SLANDERING WITHOUT SPEAKING TO THE COMPANY'S OFFICIALS WILL RESULT IN LITIGATION FILING OR LEGAL ACTION. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS TO PROTECT US FROM ANY ACCUSATIONS.

ANY CHANGES MADE TO THIS WAIVER AND TERMS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME APPLIES TO ALL MEMBERS/VOLUNTEERS AND ASSUMED AS AGREED DO NOT SIGN THIS WAIVER OR CONTINUE APPLICATION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE SAID TERMS AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT
