Utah Afterschool Exemplary Program of the Year
The Utah Afterschool Network is seeking nominations for the Afterschool Award recognizing exemplary programs. This award will recognize an individual program site for their achievements and progress in the afterschool/out-of-school time field. Nominees for this award should be outstanding program sites that use intentional programming and standards of quality in the field and demonstrate capacity to meet the developmental needs of youth and families in their community.

Programs eligible for this award are nonprofit, public, private, or faith-based programs serving K-12 youth in the state of Utah or any other high-quality program that supports youth during non-school hours.

The submission deadline is May 31, 2019. The coordinator identified in this application will be notified in October if the program site has been selected for the award. The program award finalist will be recognized during the opening session at the 15th Annual Jump Start Conference on November 1 at the Ogden Eccles Conference Center in Ogden, Utah.

Also, those who submit a nomination will be entered into an opportunity drawing for a chance to win a Zubi Flyer Hackable Frisbee from FuzePlay valued at $129! Each nomination will earn one entrance into the drawing, so more nominations mean more chances to win!
