HMC Media Rentals

Beginning July 1, 2024, the HMC will return to charging late fees for equipment rentals not returned on the day specified for return. This includes equipment that is not returned, as well as an memory cards, cables, or accessories that are not returned as part of a rental reservation. These fees will be $100/day and apply to all students, student groups, and staff. 

If you anticipate that you will not be able to return equipment on the days specified, you must email Jeff.Allen@wustl.edu at least 24 hours before your scheduled return.

Please note - Equipment rates are per day.  Equipment must be returned between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday to DUC Room 347. Equipment rented on Friday can be returned on Monday by 5pm for a single day charge and without incurring additional fees. At this time, we do not offer pick-up or drop-off times on the weekend.
