The cost for the Invitational is $750 for each initial ensemble. Additional ensembles for each school will cost $500. All fees should be paid prior to performance and by check made payable to "University of Houston". Please submit a separate form for each ensemble you will register from your school.
If any ensemble wants to perform a second time in the Opera House, this will be scheduled in the order that the initial request is received after December 1. Please mark what day you would like for your second recording on the application, and we will contact you if there are available spaces after the December 1 date. These additional performances will be $500 per ensemble.
Entries will be assigned based on the time stamp order in which they are received. You will receive a confirmation email upon the assignment of your time. Rhonda Pitts will maintain the schedule and email it to participants as well as posting on www.uhbands.com. The schedule will be updated weekly until all slots are filled.
