Club Fair Registration
The first club fair of 2018-2019 school year is on January 31st from 9am-2pm! Please fill out the following form to be eligible for a spot on the mall.

1) The first 150 clubs to sign-up will receive one (1) table and two (2) chairs
2) ALL clubs are welcome to participate in the club fair
3) This sign-up form will close 1/29/19

Please read the following Terms and Conditions to be considered eligible to participate in the Club Fair: 1. Tables will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. 2. Set up will begin at 9:00 am and you must be finished cleaning up at 2:00 pm 3. Tents are not provided by ASUA, if your club or organization plans on bringing a tent you must secure it with weights. Weights can be free weights, bags of sand, anything that will hold your tent down; however ABSOLUTELY NO STAKING IS ALLOWED. ASUA is not responsible for damages or theft of tents. 4. Distribution of food or drink are not allowed unless the items are obtained through the Arizona Student Unions, Arizona Catering. 5. Promotional materials are allowed. 6. No selling of goods of any type is allowed. 7. Cars will not be allowed on the mall, all materials must be transported by hand. 8. Professional, courteous conduct is required of all clubs and organization at all times. *
