This is a paid volunteer position
There are two periods each month, every two weeks (on
the 15th and 1st) , in which you'll receive your set reward of $20. Your set amount of
$20 can be increased up-to $50 over time with good performance ( which means $100/mo ),
however it will never be considered a wage and should be treated as a
side income stream at most, as you won't be able to survive off this reward.
Note
that we also offer free/discounted service to the staff in the event
they cannot get pay or want another way to redeem their money :)

Being a support staff, requires you to be very
attentive, kind, responsive, and most of all, understanding, patient and
ready to learn. We want everyone to benefit from the experience, and we
want to make sure we have the best support out there! This is a
standard that we expect from you.
Make sure to ask your peers questions if you don't know the answer to a problem, and talk to us about any concerns!

NDA Policy
All support staff are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement as soon as they start working with us. This is done to protect the company's sensitive information and ensure no sensitive data is shared outside. If you cannot legally sign an NDA ( applicants aged 16-18 ), have your parents sign the agreement. If you cannot sign the NDA, we cannot accept you as staff!
