CLOSED: Media Arts Submission Form:  Citywide Youth Arts Festival 2023
Thank you for submitting your media art/digital art piece for the Citywide Youth Arts Festival!

We will be sharing our Media Arts at the SFMOMA in collaboration with the Bay Area Video Coalition (BAVC Media) on April 15!

We will have film showings at 11:00 and 1:30 at the Phyllis Wattis Theater in the SFMOMA.  Once BAVC compiles and curates the reels, we will share the film showing schedule with the list of films and the time they will be shown.

This form and all Media Arts digital files must be submitted no later than March 10, 2023.  
Please submit one form for each film/media/digital art piece. 

Before completing this form, please make sure that:
  • the students who created the media/digital art piece have a current SFUSD Media Consent Form/Release on file (this will be indicated in their ParentVue account)
  • the media/digital art piece adheres to copyright law by using the Free Music Archive, YouTube Audio Library, or originally created music
  • the media/digital art piece adheres to the Violence in Films Guidance
  • the digital file is clearly labeled so that we can understand and process it easily  (you will be depositing the digital file into a Google Drive folder, linked below)
