BAAITS Powwow Volunteer Sign-up 2025
Hello all! The 14th Annual Bay Area American Indian Two-Spirit (BAAIT-S) Powwow is two months away and we need volunteers! This is the sign-up form for those who want to volunteer the day before (prep day) and/or the day of the powwow event. Accomplices and non 2S relatives welcome!

Powwow Prep Day is...
Friday, January 31, 2025 8 AM - 5 PM (may end early depending on # of volunteers)

Powwow Event is...
Saturday, February 1, 2025 10 AM - 10 PM

COVID-19 Protocol: We will require masks, and will have them available for all volunteers present. We suggest KN-95 masks or better. Volunteers are strongly encouraged to seek vaccination for a COVID booster and the Flu vaccine weeks prior to the event.

Mandatory Orientation: Please keep in mind that we are asking volunteers to join a mandatory orientation via Zoom on Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 10:00 -11:00 AM.

What brings you to BAAITS? 
The next couple questions concern powwow shifts. Please note this is not availability but actively signing up for particular shifts. We need the most assistance Prep Day (day and afternoon) and Powwow Day (closing and clean up).
You may change your responses up until Jan 26. 
Prep Day Shifts (Friday, January 31): *
Please sign-up for all the shifts you will volunteer on the day before powwow. This might include putting together goodie bags, setting up chairs, putting up posters, etc.

Please sign-up for all shifts you will volunteer on the day of powwow. This might include greeting guests, tabling, assisting with loading/unloading with vendors, etc.
