Overnight parking
Self Contained/self supporting Vans and Moterhome and Caravans are welcome at the golf courses. Motor home sites should be paid with the entry form or at registration. You will be given a label to display in your motor front window at registration.

Conditions of Entry and Conditions of Play
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Open to a “Team Entry” consisting of one Lady and one Man over the age of 50 with a Current Handicap.
Entry Fee of $90.00 per team must accompany the Entry Form. Please include a stamped self-addressed envelope, or an email address, for first day draw. Should you be unable to access the draw, please phone the Tournament Convener.
The Maximum Course Handicaps will be 36 for Men and 40 for Women. The teams are seeded to groups on combined handicaps, all rounds Nett Competition.
The rules of play shall be those of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and as allowed by the local rules of the Club being played each day.
The Decision of the Committee of the Day on any point shall be final.
All protests must be lodged within thirty minutes of the completion of the round.
The Committee shall have the right to decline Entry from any person without giving a reason, and the decision on all such matters will be FINAL.
No refund if entry withdrawn after 12th April, or by discretion of the Committee.
If a cart is required, please indicate on entry form as only a certain number available.
CONDITIONS OF PLAY
CANADIAN FOURSOMES. 40% HANDICAP
Both Players tee off from their respective tees select the ball they wish to play. The second player takes the next shot, followed alternately.
Each Player must take Eight Tee Shots
AMERICAN FOURSOMES. 40% HANDICAP
Both players tee off then play partner’s ball for second shot. Chosen ball is then played by the owner and continue alternately to the hole.
KIWI FOURSOMES. 50% HANDICAP
Playing one ball, taking alternate tee shots. Players will be told which tee the Men/Ladies will play.
SCOTTISH FOURSOMES. 50% HANDICAP
The Players use ONE Ball and take alternate shots until the Game is Finished. The Players will decide who takes the First Tee Shot.
FOR THOSE STAYING AT GOLF CLUBS IN MOTORHOMES/CARAVANS
The Committee will take in the fee for staying overnight at the Golf Clubs, and will forward this onto each Golf Club. You will be given a sticker on the first day of the tournament to put in your driver side window.
Cost $5 per van per night ($10 at Fitzroy)
Please send a separate payment for Camp fee.
Those with dogs, please be responsible. As with NZMCA rules, dogs must be on a leash at all times.
