Return to Play(RtP) Parent Survey
Thank you for taking this brief survey on returning to play at AYSO Region 75. We are trying to understand the comfort level to return to play based on health, local, and state guidelines.
As a Region, we intend to provide our players and families a safe return to play once it is permitted by the state and county authorities. We will return to play in different phases, and we will assess the different guidelines for any needs and updates based on safety and health orders.
Your feedback is valuable as we prepare and plan to move forward.
More information on RtP guidelines is available on the Region website - ayso75.org
