What is this training? A 2-day series where you will learn how to intentionally implement change in a way that lasts beyond you and your work.
Who should attend?
If you lead a group of teachers, community members and/or students in looking at systems and trying to make changes that will impact school or district policies and/or practices, then this training is for you. Participants may include teachers, instructional assistants, community members, administrators or more.
Desired Outcomes:
- Participants will have an understanding of the design process (specifically plan and study) and how to identify a topic that they want to work on.
- Participants will be able to have a plan for beginning or continuing design work in their context.
We hope you walk away with tools you can use immediately with teams that you work with.

SABIDURÍA COLECTIVA: FACILITANDO EL CAMBIO
¿En qué consiste este entrenamiento?
Se realizará una serie de dos días en la que aprenderás a implementar cambios de forma intencional, de manera que perduren más allá de ti y de tu trabajo.
¿Quién debe asistir?Si lideras un grupo de maestros miembros de la comunidad y/o estudiantes que analizan los sistemas y tratan de realizar cambios que afecten las políticas y/o prácticas escolares o del distrito, entonces este entrenamiento es para ti. Los participantes pueden incluir maestros, asistentes de instrucción, miembros de la comunidad, administradores y más.
Resultados deseados:- Los participantes comprenderán el proceso de diseño (específicamente la planificación y el estudio) y cómo identificar un tema en el que desean trabajar.
- Los participantes serán capaces de elaborar un plan para comenzar o continuar el trabajo de diseño en su contexto.
Esperamos que salga de aquí con herramientas que pueda utilizar inmediatamente con los equipos con los que trabaja.
