ONLINE Chapter Date Submission & Clearance Form
This new ONLINE Chapter Date Submission & Clearance Form is to be used by Chapter Leaders to submit dates to the Regional Management Team (RMT) for date clearance. After recording the event date on the Regional Calendar of Events, the RMT Team Coordinator will email the Chapter Leader with confirmation, and whether there are any apparent conflicts.
