All transcripts and letters of support requested are processed at the beginning and end of the week and are emailed to the student's email address. Please fill out this form for each of the letters of support you need.
Redirects for other types of letters of support:
1. For a confirmation of enrollment letter, go to
https://my.alueducation.com/ --> Resources --> Document Requests. Choose the Confirmation of Enrolment letter option to view or download.
2. For letters of support for your internship search, please fill out this form instead:

3. For confirmation of residence letters for ALC students, go to
https://my.alueducation.com/ --> Resources --> Document Requests. Choose the Proof of Residence letter option to view or download.
4. Year 2 and Year 3 students of ALC requiring transcripts should request them from GCU by emailing Sandie King at GCU (
Sandie.King@gcu.ac.uk) and cc
registrar@alueducation.com with the subject “ALC official transcript request - student name.” This process typically takes 3-5 working days to complete.
5. For a confirmation of English Programme letter (Rwanda), go to
https://my.alueducation.com/ --> Resources --> Document Requests. Choose the English Programme letter option to view or download.
6. For letters of support for study (part-time) internships during the academic terms, please email
workstudy@alueducation.com.
7. For all queries related to the admissions office, please log onto
https://my.alueducation.com/, go to Resources, then Admissions Office Queries.
8. For queries related to your residence permits, please use the form on
support.alueducation.com platform and choose the Residence Permit Support form.
