CTE Consortium Programming Application
Dear Applicant:
The Montgomery and Macoupin County School Districts invite you to apply for their shared CTE programming for the 2025-2026 school year. The programming offered among the schools in the consortium provide students with access to career and technical education that transfers to future careers. We are excited that you have decided to apply for this opportunity.

Please take the time to fill out this application completely and to the best of your ability. These programs have limited slots, so it is important that you include all information and are accurate to the best of your knowledge. The following will be taken into consideration for all students applying to any of the shared programming: attendance, credits toward graduation, discipline, and character. 

If any part of this application is incomplete, it will not be considered. In addition, you must agree to the code of conduct and the SCI Handbook (when applicable) and abide by it.
