Joindre impérativement un bon de commande portant mention: "Inscription de M ou Mme X au colloque "Congrès du Groupe Français de Bioénergétique", établi à l'ordre du "Groupe Français de Bioénergétique". Siège social du GFB: Université Bordeaux, Campus de Carreire, Case 54, 146 rue Léo Saignat, 33076 Bordeaux cedex. Le bon de commande peut concerner plusieurs participants. Dans ce cas, joindre toutes les fiches d'inscription. Faites parvenir votre bon de commande soit :

Conditions d'annulation de votre inscription
Remboursement total des frais d'inscription si l'annulation est faite avant le 31 Juillet 2025. Aucun remboursement ne pourra malheureusement être effectué après cette date. · Les annulations doivent impérativement être communiquées par mail à gfbioenergetique@free.fr en ajoutant "annulation" dans le sujet du message. · En cas d'absence non signalée, il n'y aura pas de remboursement possible des frais d'inscription.

Please attach an order form stating: "Registration of Mr./Ms. X for the conference 'Congress of the French Group of Bioenergetics'," made out to the "Groupe Français de Bioénergétique." The headquarters of GFB is: Université Bordeaux, Campus de Carreire, Case 54, 146 rue Léo Saignat, 33076 Bordeaux Cedex. The order form may cover several participants. Please contact us (gfbioenergetique@free.fr) to send us your registration form and obtain the bank account details for the GFB. Kindly add "CongrèsGFB-2025" in the subject line of your message to facilitate processing.

Cancellation Policy for Your Registration

Full refund of registration fees if cancellation is made before July 31, 2025. Unfortunately, no refunds will be possible after this date.

  • Cancellations must be communicated by email to gfbioenergetique@free.fr, with "cancellation" in the subject line of the email.

  • In case of an unreported absence, no refund of registration fees will be possible.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
