The guest hereby acknowledges that Cheryl Whitten (Podcaster) is the sole owner of all rights in and to any recording on the Aromatherapist Podcast and the recording(s) therefore, for all purposes; the Podcaster has the right, among other things, to use and distribute the Aromatherapist Podcast and the Guests’ performance together with the guest’s name, likeess, and provided information (including, without limitation, any photographs or other material provided to the producer by guest). The guests name, likeness and photograph may be used in connection with the program, and in advertising and promotional material for the program, but not as an endorsement of any product of service. Guest hereby releases and discharges the Podcaster from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned production.
