The following survey will be used to gather information to be provided to the Prescott City Council in support of the adoption of a nondiscrimination ordinance. Twelve Arizona cities have already approved such an ordinance. Your response will be used to make the case for creating a more inclusive environment in Prescott, so that we can truly claim to be 'Everybody's Hometown'. All responses will be kept anonymous.
